I’m declaring Collagen a superfood. Superpower? SuperPOWDER? (I’ll work on the name later).
Well, what is it? Collagen is the main source of protein found in skin, tendon, and bones. Over 70% of skin is made up of collagen, and after age 18, skin moisture declines by about 1% every year. This results in a loss of skin elasticity, leading to skin aging.
