Quota Foods was founded upon the idea that functional snacks don’t have to taste like cardboard. Since my wife turned 40 (don’t tell her I said that) she’s been looking for ways to incorporate collagen into her lifestyle. I set out to create a bar that tastes like something that would satisfy her craving for a ‘lunch dessert.’ The status quo wasn’t good enough, and Quota Foods was born.
